Management Muse inspires better work through stories, interviews, and conversations that bring the best of management science to life.
ABOUT THE HOSTS:
Cindi Baldi is the Founder of Culsure, a management science firm. She holds a Ph.D., an MBA, and an M.S. in Management from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and a B.S. in Management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She builds, deploys, and analyzes feedback tools, organizational culture surveys, and performance assessments based on her scientific research throughout America. She’s also a popular executive coach, with clients in multiple industries across the U.S. Cindi is a fourth-generation entrepreneur, whose parents owned a zoo, a haunted house, and a drive-in movie theater. As a result, she has amazing animal stories, and is unafraid of scary movies. She’s married to the other podcast host.
Geoffrey Tumlin is the President of On-Demand Leadership, and is the author of Stop Talking, Start Communicating, published by McGraw-Hill. Geoffrey holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Geoffrey has worked with dozens of organizations across multiple industries, like the Houston Grand Opera, the Honolulu Police Department, Shell Oil, and the U.S. Corps of Engineers. He somehow graduated from the U.S. Army’s Ranger School, making him possibly the only person in the world with a Ranger Tab and a Communication Ph.D. He’s married to Cindi, and snowskis whenever she lets him (she hates the cold).
ABOUT THE TEAM:
Sara Morsi is the Producer of Management Muse, where she leads the development and production of the show. Outside of podcasting, she is also a documentary filmmaker and co-founder of Calyx Pictures and Memora Films. Drawing on a multidisciplinary background in science, business, and creative work, Sara has worked on projects across documentary, corporate, higher education, and narrative film. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Science with a focus in Geospatial Data Science from Tufts University. Outside of work, she can be found scaling rock walls, crafting ceramics, and experimenting with strange heirloom vegetable varieties in her garden.
Rebecca Henley is the Director of Operations for On-Demand Leadership and Management Muse. As a business partner and co-founder of the company, she has worked alongside Geoff and Cindi since the beginning. Her keen insights into what people want have helped shape ODL ever since. As ODL’s behind-the-scenes wizard, she has a hand in every aspect of the company, keeping our clients, consultants, and projects on track and overseeing the production of the Management Muse podcast. Rebecca is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with an economics degree. She lives with her family — and a cat who loves to walk across her laptop keyboard — in the DFW Metroplex.
